Yesterday was a landmark day, I did two things:
1. I finished my getting all my holiday decorations up when I purchased an extension cord, this allowing us to turn on the lights (see lead image) and yes, we did correct the slanted star (see second image below)
2. I finished my gift shopping

This is truly monumental because of the shopping marathon I went on this morning. I usually rely on the web to fulfill my gifting needs, but this year because of my fraud debacle, I started late and had to make-up time in the brick-and-mortar world. Fast forward to today.

Without showing all my cards–although who am I kidding, my children don’t read my blog–I thought I would share what gifts I bought my kids this year for Christmas. Just keep to yourself…k?
